I wanted to remove the bubble stuff, it seems that I need to
conditionalize it on XForms version...
IMHO we should, when 0.89 is released, ditch 0.88 too.
btw. I have commented out all support for mono_video, reverse_video
and fast_selection. Both mono_vido and reverse_video can be done with
out explicit support scattered around the code. Fast selection I is
never needed I belive.
