No, that is another one.  Here is a document showing all
accents supported by pre-unicode lyx 1.5, through
m-x accent-<name> followed by a letter.  Yes, some examples
are stupid, with accents upon already accented characters.
TeX will happily put accents on anything, stacking umlauts and
such. Interesting effects sometimes - and all available without ERT. :-)

The special caron doesn't work, and a web search only
turn up pages about lyx. Just drop that one, I'd say.
