  Either that or we move the preamble to the begin of the file in a special 
delimited area and treat it as a part of the file.

  We are using their latex class, passing some options described in the 
documentation of the class gives an output that looks like the printed paper. 
At least they say so, I don't have reasons to doubt them. :-)
