You mean that some characters need to be put in \ensuremath? I did not know yesterday, but I just tried it (with de_Userguide.lyx, it contains a table of all latin1 symbols), and they do still hold. Yesterday I only saw that the code was not doing what it was supposed to do because of char signedness, and fixed that. Georg
