I don't know what others think, but I would not add a mistake to another mistake. I mean, it was a mistake the sudden drop of qt3, but now that the decision was made it would be another mistake to revert it. However, I would like to know what Bo thinks about it, as he is left in the cold with his Cygwin port.
I fully agree with Enrico and it would be another mistake to revert qt3. I like qt3 and it is almost good enough for me. But once we remove it, let it go peacefully, please. As of cygwin, it would be difficult to port lyx-1.5/qt4 to it since cygwin does not have qt4 yet (have not checked the latest version). It does not really matter though since qt4 will come up eventually, and lyx-1.4.x will still exist for a while, right? Cheers, Bo
