thanks for the hint but I had the SDK already installed. I followed exactly the advices from the link above but still got the same error message. After fiddling around some hours :-(, and reading newsgroups I created two new Win environment variables and now it works.
To save others from the pain I had, I updated the "INSTALL.Win32" file, see attached patch. Could you please commit this because Lars is still not responding on my SVN access request. (Bo, is this also fine with you?)
