You can easily change that if you edit the file "syntax.default" in your LyX
directory. Add the lines

\email[]{}
\homepage[]{}

etc. to the command list in that file, and tex2lyx will correctly translate
these commands. Where are they defined? Do we want to add them to the LyX
sources?

I don't know revtex, so maybe these are bugs and should be filed at
http://bugzilla.lyx.org.

I just fixed the import of \l{} and \L{} in 1.5svn. Jean-Marc, should it
also go in 1.4.4?
Jacek, do you see other characters that are imported as ERT but could be
imported natively instead?
