He could probably bind Ctrl-Tab himself, but I agree that it makes sense
as a default binding. Btw, in Opera, Ctrl-Tab pops up a list of the tabs
and you can use Ctrl-Tab/Ctrl-Shift-Tab to navigate the list as long as
you keep Ctrl pressed. That works well for me.
