Yes. We even have a directory for that. We only place stable releases
on ftp.lyx.org.
Can he also move the files from incoming/ to the right place?
If not, I'd say using www.lyx.org/~bpeng/ is easier for him. And it's even
the same machine... (www.lyx.org == aussie.lyx.org == ftp.devel.lyx.org)
(and we could move ftp.lyx.org to a machine we own).
That might be a good idea, but I don't think we should use ftp.lyx.org...
Sometimes apache is overloaded on aussie, possibly because of trac. I'm
afraid that with the ftp server as well it could get really slow..
