another lyx 1.1.5pre1 bug

Postscript update (german: aktualisiren)
will kill lyx if there isn't any postscript to be updated.

1.1.4 used to run latex .... with no result in the end.
1.1.5 will crash.

Ideally it should default to show postscript if there is no postscript
viewer open.  This may of course be difficult to implement because you have no
control on what people do with their gv window.
