This also solves, I believe, bug 3013 --- in Hebrew, it is not necessary
anymore to both switch the language (F12 in Dekel's bindings) *and* to
switch the keyboard input. Switching the language is now sufficient.
This was one of the last regressions (as far as I'm concerned) that
still existed with regard to Hebrew in 1.5.
