(without any regional discrepancy?)
One language no (Japanese can use Chinese characters for example) but
CJK characters yes. The point was not to autodetect the language just
the unicode range and that _is_ easy. AFAIU, at LateX level, we don't
need to know the language to properly typeset CJK.
