The following patch adds support for the simplecv class, now that it
is available on ctan:
  http://tug.ctan.org/tex-archive/macros/latex/contrib/simplecv/

Uwe, could you do whatever is necessary to have this packaged with
MikTex?

I am not sure what has to be done with texlive.

I propose to put the patch in now and then decide what should be done
for the old cv class.
