I haven't compiled the latest qt4.3 snapshot, but using a previous snapshot
I get the following error after running "make" on LyX1.5.0beta2:

make[7]: *** [libqt4.la] Bus error
make[6]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[5]: *** [all] Error 2
make[4]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[3]: *** [all] Error 2
make[2]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[1]: *** [all] Error 2
make: *** [all-recursive] Error 1

The install.macosx instructed to delete all .la files from the qt4/lib
folder. It seems that "make" may require libqt4.la?

Any ideas?
Thanks,
Bob Lounsbury
