Hi,

Here's the set-color patch. It containts both the lyxrc command and the
lyxfunc function, as well as some documentation. With regard to
alphabetical ordering, all the lists except lyxrcTags are not sorted, so
I've put the lyxrc option after the screen (font) options, and the lyxfunc
at the end.

Regarding the documentation: most of the differences there are due to
lyx silently changing the file format and not my edit (I hope!).
