The code corresponding to the "List of Algorithms" inset is '\listof
{algorithm}{List of Algorithms}', which AFAIK is not customizable.
Of course, one can still use an ERT in place of the "list of" inset,
but LyX is not intended to be used this way... Besides, builtin lists
(figures and tables) are for their part automatically translated by
babel.
The attached patch solves the problem. Please tell me if it's
sufficient as I'm note sure if things are done in the right way...
