LyX install messed up on Mac

As the result of some recent change, installing LyX on Mac results  
in most support files being placed in LyX.app/Contents/Resources/ 
LyX. These files should be in LyX.app/Contents/Resources (not in a  
LyX subdirectory). Can someone please change this?

Do you still see this? It's OK for me with svn-version as of today  
(on PPC).
