I meant a uniform interface. I will be able to do 'scons rpm' under
*nix, and 'scons msi' under windows. I do not know what cmake will do.
It is likely to be 'cmake; cpack; rpmbuild'.

Currently, scons can and cmake cannot. I brought up this issue because
cmake depends on others to build but I do not know who will update po.
cmake, or cpack?
