When I launch the citation dialog for the first time (either by clicking on an
existing inset or requesting a new one), I get a spurious "Text After" that
appears in the main LyX window. This dissapears when I refresh the screen, but
it always appears the first time I launch the dialog. Attached is a small
screen shot showing what I mean.
Anyone else get this or have any ideas about how to fix it?
Incidentally, Jürgen, I can now launch your new tabular dialog. Many thanks for
your help. It's very pretty and well thought out. Two points however.
1. Resizing it messes it up. (yes, that old chestnut!)
2. Your use of FL_FULLBORDER in fl_show_form() means that clicking on the
minimize button launches an xforms bug. It minimises the main window, not the
dialog! I think that you should use FL_TRANSIENT as a straight swap for
FL_FULLBORDER.
