That's not a good reason for having this menu in Edit. The font
toggles are in Layout, for example.

BTW Juergen, it would be nice to have a reasonable lyxfunc interface
for this menu (something like table-features with explicit arguments)
for the new menus (this would allow to create a table toolbar without
too much effort (if we did support multiple toolbars, of course)).
