No. The time we implemented hyperref supprt I contacted a few times Heiko Oberdiek, the hyperref
maintainer and at the end I was sure we implemented it correctly. When beamer makes problems, we
shouldperhaps contact the author of beamer, because hyperref is under active development, beamer
not, as far as I know. Beamer loads hyperref internally automaticaly, so the best to avoid option
clashes in this case is to deactivate our hyperref support when beamer is used.
Sorry for not answering more detailed - I currently don't have enough time to dive into the beamer
hyperref definitions.
