I second that. It looks very pleasing now. Just two notes: Could we make the text raggedright instead of justified? It has some ugly inter-word spacing (at least consider to make the headings raggedright. Look at the "Special Release: LyX 1.5.3 Japanese edition for Windows released." heading in news).
