I went through the list on that wiki page, and added the mappings to new
pages. I left a few question marks/comments, but most of the mapping is
now there.

[1] I created http://www.lyx.org/SiteMap which is a dynamically generated
list of the web pages and their description. Most pages don't have a
description yet of course...
