Why don't we just get rid of those comments? Fastidious effort that is not
worth 10 pesetas...
It makes debugging a wee bit easier.
We can also print a correspondance table when 'lyx -dbg action" is launched.
And there would be no effort if we
just appended at the bottom and use = ... every now and then in the
list
I'd be OK with that but I am not confident that we don't rely on
consecutive numbering somewhere in the code.
