Hi! this patch adds TOC and *Formats menu items to the Gnome menubar implementation. TOC menu updates itself automatically using the ListsTracker class. The current implementation doesn't support large TOCs and you can't manage your references via Gnome menu yet. However, the current implementation is easily extendable to show LOT, LOF, and LOA as soon as LyX Menu will support these lists. Marko
