request to delete the file "References.lyx"

I just noticed that we have in SVN's /lib/doc/ folder a file named "References.lyx". I looked into 
it and don't get its purpose. The file is outdated (the preamble says it is from 1997), and its 
informations are also included in the Shortcuts.lyx and LFUN.lyx files.
So I opt to delete it.

Any opinions or objections? Pavel, Bo?
