Layout and template files to be included with next version of LyX

Dear LyX developers,Please find attached layout and template files for the 
imsart article style, used for journals from the Institute of Mathematical 
Statistics (IMS). I also include a a short description for the file 
lib/doc/LaTeXConfig.lyx.in. I hope these can be shipped with the next version 
of LyX. I license the files according to the GNU GPL version 2 or later.Best
