I think that it will suffice changing "Some alternative installers can be found here:" to "Some alternative installers and a Cygwin binary can be found here:" on that page. Indeed, after that line there is a link to a wiki page for Windows, where, under "Versions for Cygwin", there is a bit more info on how to install the binary. -- Enrico
