Probably the regexp inset should not be allowed to be entered outside
of the F&R window, however, as of now, not only it may be entered,
but it may also be *saved* to a file and *restored back* when you load the
file (actually, the FindAdv.lyx user guide used to contain one such saved
inset, this file was in lib/doc in lyx-advsearch branch, now I cannot see it
anymore in the merged trunk -- was it embedded in other guide elements ?).
This would allow also to easily save the last find or F&R operations,
if needed. However, this affects the file format.
On the other hand, preventing the inset to be placed on a MainWA
would be a burden: as of now, you can copy and paste between the
MainWA and the F&R WA(s), so imagine if you copy a text segment
from the F&R WA containing the regexp...
