Today a user asked for an interesting feature: When installing LyX, the LaTeX hyphenation patters are not installed for the menu language of LyX. (http://article.gmane.org/gmane.editors.lyx.general/55728)
To solve this problem, I can implement a solution only for the LyX installer, where I modify the chkconfig.ltx file depending on the language the user has chosen in the installer for LyX's menus.
The other solution would be to add all hyphenation patters for all supported languages in general to the chkconfig.ltx file.
What should we do or are there other options? thanks and regards Uwe
