I don't understand. LyX supports esint the same way as amsmath. When a
TeX file uses esint we set toe Math option accordingly.
If "use esint" is set to auto, then we may add a \usepackage{esint}. On
re-importation, this will lead to use_esint=always. I am not sure how to
avoid that, but we shall at least note it.
