b.) tex2lyx issues

#5702 tex2lyx cannot deal with modules
#6059 New tex2lyx preamble parsing scheme breaks roundtrip

Since I will be unavailable in the next two weeks, I figured I'd share my thoughts
about this last bug. The way I see it is well described in this comment
http://www.lyx.org/trac/ticket/6059#comment:10

My thoughts are:

* this is a regression that has to be fixed before 1.6.4

* personally I think Uwe's idea is bound to fail, but I may be wrong ;)

* there is no reason (that I know of) for not keeping the old method when implementing the current one. Well, actually that would be a problem for people who only remove carefully selected parts parts of preamble (a bit like removing
just one wing to a fly). At some point they deserve what happens.

* I am not going to re-implement the code I have already written, especially when it
has been removed without any warning.

* the "new old" syntax I describe in the ticket is not for branch anyway. It is just the
  same idea with proper semantics.

That said, I let you decide how to proceed.
