The menu entry reads "CharStyle:DropCapital" while it should be "Dropped capital". Can you please
have a look?
In the hint of the module you say that one should use math to get different font styles. Why that?
Using the character dialog you can format the string in the lettrine inset like any other text and
you get it also in the output.
