IMO, this is a major change in interface, and I don't know if it's worth it.
On my computer, page up and -> are about the same distance. More
importantly, for the vast majority of docs, the down arrow will move you
down one line, so I don't think it's a good idea to change the interface for
RO docs.
If you're using a lot of RO docs, why not just define some unused control
character to go down/up a page?
