EmbeddedObjects.lyx: mention the LyX bug about \includeonly, see #5360
Note that this will probably need changing, since Jurgen has just posted
an \includeonly patch to the list. So you might just want to revert it
for trunk and update the docs when the patch is committed. For branch,
the change is right, since the patch is a format change.
