Dear all I've heard that LyX has some new 'counter' capabilities in 2.0. As I couldn't find a word on the wiki, here's my question.
Is it possible to come up with a custom counter inset which: - I could insert in random parts of a document - will insert in the document the appropriate number (for example, '1' or '1/3' or '1 out of 3' or similar) - would allow defining groups, meaning that I could use several such counter insets in one document, in different settings I am looking for this mainly for my presentations. Sometimes I need to create several frames using the same title, and I usually do 'Title (1/3)' on first frame, 'Title (2/3)' on second frame, etc. Having got used to LaTeX and LyX, I find it annoying that I need to manually change the counters, especially if I simply need to swap two frames. Ideas?
