Attached is a large-ish patch of small bits. It does essentially two things:
* All xforms forms are now connected to the redrawGUI signal (ie, the old,
legacy ones have been connected). Everything should look professional now if
the user changes the xforms GUI colors.
* Almost all the new, frontends xforms forms now use the ButtonController
correctly. (Ie, they make proper use of its abilities).
Still to do in this last regard:
* FormTabular doesn't use the ButtonController at all. I'll do this
separately to make sure I get it right.
* FormRef should have Restore and Apply buttons. Still thinking about how to
do this best.
* The ButtonController should reset the appropriate buttons to inactive when
a change is applied or an UndoAll() is requested.
In addition:
* I've added bibforms.fd, include_form.fd to forms/makefile again.
* I've removed lyx_sendfax.fd from forms/makefile and form_graphics.[Ch] from
src/insets/Makefile.am.
* I've changed some comments that are posted to the minibuffer, as suggested
by John Levon.
* I've correctly attributed some previous suggestions to him in my last
ChangeLog entry!!!
Finally:
forms/lyx_sendfax.fd, forms/ref.fd, src/insets/form_graphics.[Ch] are no
longer used and should be removed from the distribution. Lars, will you do
that, please? (Incidentally, why do we still distribute XTL if we're not
using it?)
