I'd rather not. This may or may not be the case for any given
document, while some documents won't have any \title environment
inserted, or defined for that matter. I don't think that it would be
easy to come up with some consistent behaviour, so I guess best would
be to leave it as it is: static filename with counter that can be
easily replaced using copy/paste from your doc's  \title environment.
