However, beamer supports many more arguments than the one you mentioned. 
Adding separate insets to all of these is not possible.

Also, there's this important issue:

- Frame titles are added to the Outliner. They can be navigated via the TOC 
and re-arranged via the outliner. This is a pretty crucial feature I 
personally wouldn't want to miss.


I have pondered more than once over Günter's proposal, and the more I think 
about it, the more I think that this would be just substituting one hack with 
another one. What we need is a suitable UI for frames, something that is to be 
developed yet.
