I have installed LyX 2.0.3 with a clean profile (no manual hunspell path specified) and LyX now automatically detects the hunspell dictionaries located in: liv@liv-laptop:~$ ls /usr/share/myspell -l total 8 drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4096 2012-02-08 09:24 dicts drwxr-xr-x 3 root root 4096 2010-04-29 17:45 infos
And I have no symlink specified here: liv@liv-laptop:~$ ls /usr/share/lyx/dicts ls: cannot access /usr/share/lyx/dicts: No such file or directory Liviu
