Finally I see, what's wrong. Here is the recipe: Create new document 1. Set document language to xxx. Insert float figure. Save. Create new document 2. Set document language to yyy. Insert float figure. Save. Create new document 3. Set document language to zzz. Insert float figure. Save.
Restart lyx
open document 2. Looks ok? Check the GUI.
open document 1. Why is the GUI for Figure in language yyy?
open document 3.
-> Figure is translated in all documents (and the GUI) in language of the first
opened document.
