It took far too long, but finally it is possible to run the tex2lyx tests without overwriting any files. autotools "make check" still overwrites the files (this is still a useful thing to have if you want to update the references), but I will add another target for that and change "make check" to test in the build tree. The only missing bit is now the evaluation of the tests: The script needs to detect if the output is different from the reference.
