Hi Nilo,
If you no longer enrolled at your university during summer, then you can
unfortunately not participate in GSoC anymore. The criteria are (in a
nutshell):
* Enrolled in an accredited academic institution.
* Eligible to work.
* Not citizen or resident of a country that is restricted from commerce
with the U.S.

Hi,
thanks for the welcome and for the links. I surely will have a look. Anyway
I've already got my master degree, is that a problem?

I forgot: I'm just re-registered to the mail list using an ad-hoc email
address.

Hi Nico,
welcome to the LyX community. Do not hesitate to ask any questions you
may have about the various projects we are recruiting students for. Also,
you may want to check the list's archives for recent discussions on
various GSoC projects. Some ideas (for instance, epub export and
horizontal scrolling have been discussed quite extensively).
You may also want to take a look at the general GSoC requirements,
available at
http://www.google-melange.com/gsoc/homepage/google/gsoc2013 and at our
proposal template: http://www.google-melange.com/gsoc/org/google/gsoc2013/lyx
Cheers,
Stefano
P.S. I am assuming you are a graduate student who has not graduated yet,
is that right? Google is very strict on this requirement.

Hello to everyone,
my name is Nilo Redini and I'm a graduated student from computer
engineering in Pisa (Italy).
I'm using LyX since I began my master degree (2010) and I think it is
very useful and powerful.
Anyway, I'm interested to take part in the GSOC 2013 as LyX developer. I
do not have decided yet which project I'll decide to develop, but
concerning LyX for sure.
Regards,
Nilo
