Why is the sentence "Stable Branch is Closed" so difficult to understand? If
you included this changed file in the installer then the installer is _not_
LyX 2.1.3.
That file doesn't get included in the tarball, so I don't think it's in
the installer. That's why I didn't say anything.
I think we neeed a fully automated generation of binary packages (triggered
by the release manager), otherwise this discussion will be repeated again
and again.
Hard to know how that would work, since we'd have to have automated
generation for several different platforms.
