Shall we leave behind the original RELEASE-NOTES file with the text: "The RELEASE-NOTES can be found in lib/RELEASE-NOTES." ? People probably are used to look for the RELEASE-NOTES in the main directory, and we do not have the possibility of attending them to this change by putting something in the release notes :S..
