Please reread. This was manually done, no font change, lyx is using defaults.

And this one was with font change.

Why do you insist on test making something wrong? Using DejaVu here is done 
because of your suggestion. 
With the test we get 3 errors and the created pdf is readable. I am able to 
read cyrilic, so I
think, I can judge.
Exporting manually (no test, the only change is use non-tex font in the lyx 
gui) gives zillion errors.
