Well some of them could go into a 1.1.6fix2, but most of it (the important
part) is a cleaner interface between LyXFunc use of LyXText inside "normal"
paragraphs and inside "InsetText-paragraphs".

I now can remove (IMO) a whole lot of functions inside the LocalDispatch
of inset text and use the same Dispatch call for all of it!

This is a part I still have to see to (next cleanup)!

Probably it would be best to realease 1.1.7 (without NEW_INSETS) fast,
but how are others opinions! If there are really heavy objections I could
try to implement the same fix into 1.1.6, but at your own risk for not
having new features in fix releases ;)
