Just realised that this is actually a slighter larger problem than I thought: 
If you go to full screen and then change to another application you can’t (as 
far as I understand) get back to the document you edited (the work-around is to 
select the document, save it (without seeing), close it and then reopen. Works, 
but not really ideal ;-)
