Do not use LateXisms in the GUI -- we just got rid of "Use longtable". Instead of "Use microtype", the GUI should be something like "Enable micro-typographic extensions" And the tooltip: "Activates micro-typographic extensions such as character protusion and font expansion via the microtype package (requires pdftex for full functionality)".
