What I mean is that if someone wants to create layouttranslations, he should explicitly write something like "cmake layouttranslations" or whatever the cmake syntax is. It should never be called/created as a dependency for targets like update-po/compilation/instaltion etc. Is layouttranslations currently completely independent target or some other targets specify it as a dependency to be called? > should be able to.
